Civil Quality Assurance Professional

\

TRS is seeking a skilled Civil Quality Assurance Professional to join their team. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

\

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing quality processes and procedures, inspecting materials and construction sites, and identifying and correcting quality issues. You will work closely with customers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Implementing FQP and SOPs - Civil & Structural\
  • Initiating source approval of construction materials\
  • Initiating and witnessing construction material testing & Design Mix\
  • Ensuring functioning of site material testing laboratory\
  • Inward material inspection & Periodic testing at site lab\
  • Conducting training for Contractor supervisors & workmen\
  • Inspecting Rebar, Formwork & Concrete pouring at Switchyard, Control rooms & Transformer foundation\
  • Ensuring Quality control of concrete\
  • Inspecting Concrete pile foundations /MMS Erection & Module mounting Inspection of Cable trench, Road, Drainage & Boundary wall\
  • Identifying gaps, Initiating NCR (Non- Conformity Report) and suggesting corrective measures to prevent its recurrence\
  • Closing coordination with customer quality team to understand their concerns (Least Satisfied Areas/ Scope for Improvement)\
  • Developing shared platform for Best Construction Practices/ Recurring quality issues, if any\
  • Reporting Non-Conformance, Identifying Route Cause and recommending corrective actions & Verification of corrective action\
