Site Civil Engineer Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Organize site operations, ensuring sites are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and procurement plans.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Review and approve engineering plans and drawings.
  • Draft and implement work schedules, communicating changes to relevant parties.
  • Analyze data, compile reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks, schedule meetings, and facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Maintain quality control processes and provide feedback to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in construction management, preferably in commercial interiors.
  • Certified driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
