Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Bengaluru or remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/ITES export accounting.

Key responsibilities include managing complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, creating and managing international client export invoices, and handling bank reconciliations.

Other duties include recording and tracking accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting, as well as managing vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation, coordinating with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce, and hands-on expertise in Zoho Books.

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments.
  • Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.
  • Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  • Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
