Project Coordinator & MS Dynamics 365 Finance Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and support the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Finance projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project plans, tracking issues and risks, and ensuring timely updates with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project progress, consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Education & Certification:

A Bachelor's / Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration is required. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
