Project Finance Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Finance Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Project Finance Specialist will be responsible for performing financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, conducting budgeting activities, and providing analytical support to project teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling. He/She will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing financial analysis and creating financial models
  • Conducting budgeting activities and providing analytical support to project teams
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
  • Preparing financial reports and monitoring project costs
  • Providing insights to support financial decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Finance, Financial Modeling, and Financial Analysis expertise
  • Experience in Budgeting
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage

The successful candidate will have the ability to source and close funding from international banks, HNIs, and family offices for eligible projects and operating businesses. In consideration of successful capital raised, the Specialist shall receive negotiated equity participation and profit-sharing, subject to board approval and definitive agreements.

Eligibility: demonstrable track record; strong communication and representation skills; integrity and compliance mindset.

Conditions: strict confidentiality and non-disclosure; adherence to applicable laws (KYC/AML, anti-corruption, securities/placement regulations); no public solicitation; conflicts declared and managed. All representations require prior written authorization.
