As a key contributor, you will shape the future of cybersecurity by working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver Next-Generation solutions for our customers. You will be an integral part of our Network Security Professional Services India & SAARC team, composed of highly specialized engineers responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge technologies.

You will play a critical role in customer engagements, assisting in the development and deployment of our security solutions. As a technical expert, you will provide guidance on complex systems to ensure our customers' environments are secure. You will engage directly with our customers and collaborate with their technical teams to drive business outcomes.

  • Create custom security policies and application signatures tailored to unique client needs
  • Offer strategic advice on security best practices and methodologies, serving as a trusted advisor for clients on behalf of Palo Alto Networks
  • Analyze logs and events from the solution, providing threat analysis reports and input on necessary actions
  • Collaborate proactively with our Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot and resolve cases efficiently
  • Maintain implemented solutions, providing mentorship on code upgrades, platform changes, and new technology developments
  • Work with sales account teams to develop a technical strategy addressing customer business needs
  • Support direct managers in managing business requirements through regular updates and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Engage with the account team to gain a deep understanding of customer business and technical needs through active engagement with clients
