Chief Learning Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our organization's strategic and operational learning & development function. This role involves driving organizational capability, leadership development, and talent readiness across multiple manufacturing locations in India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools. They should also possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as an analytical mindset to measure and communicate learning impact.

Responsibilities:- Design and implement a pan-India L&D strategy aligned with business transformation and growth.
- Establish and operationalize Management Development Centres and Assessment Centres for leadership pipeline development.
- Drive organizational capability building across technical, behavioral, and leadership domains.
- MSW/MBA/PGDM in HR or Organizational Development (Tier 1/2 institute preferred)
- 10–18 years in L&D, out of which at least 5 years in automotive or manufacturing sector
- Proven experience in setting up MDCs/Assessment Centers and leading capability building programs
