The ideal candidate for this Sales Executive role at Kamalraj Properties Pune will excel at creating and closing new sales opportunities by utilizing a consultative approach to selling. This expert will identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects at various locations by developing and leading a sales team.

Provide necessary support to staff in handling client interactions, pre-sales, post-sales, and after-market activities with the help of the sales team.

Coordinate with sales executives to set sales targets and book on-site sales-related activities. Handle customer visits, explaining technical project details and resolving customer queries.

Monitor and review achievements against sales targets, sharing insights to increase sales. Conduct market surveys to stay updated on the current market situation and competitors.

Use market studies to target geographically specific areas, segments, markets, and future developments to market effectively.

Advise on upcoming projects and discuss special promotions.

Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to share with management for future action plans.

Coordinate with land owners and investors as per company requirements.

Ensure timely completion of additional responsibilities assigned by management or the organization.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of local language
