About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team at 2coms in Pune. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies for the Government, direct industrial, contractor, and Applicator/fabricator segment and dealer channel in line with our organizational objectives and business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual targets on sales of Admixture/Floor Coating/Waterproofing/Grouts by handling key accounts of infrastructure contractors.
  • Deliver presentations to customers and support the Business Development Manager in getting corporate/client approvals and product specification approvals from consultants.
  • Track competition activities and local market trends, and implement appropriate interventions to counter the same.
  • Drive the Field Coordination team and Sales Team in developing contractor bases and training them in Admixture/Floor Coating/Waterproofing/Grouts as required.
  • Resolve customer issues on project progress and handle customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
  • Full-time employment status.
  • BE/B.Tech degree.
  • Age group: 30-35 years.
