About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support long-term business objectives
  • Oversight of financial reporting metrics, including preparation and approval of all financial statements
  • Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions, representing the organization in various capacities
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, adhering to relevant regulations and standards
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles
  • CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
