Front Desk Officer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Representative to join WorkQuest India in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling company inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and transfer incoming calls and take messages when necessary
- Provide information to clients and visitors regarding the services offered by WorkQuest India
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain and update client and visitor records in the company's database
- Coordinate with other departments and staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computers and technology
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
