Direct-to-Consumer Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned paid media expert to spearhead the growth of our direct-to-consumer brand through effective advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in scaling D2C campaigns and have a proven track record of delivering profitable results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid acquisition plans across Google and Meta platforms, driving customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign performance, leveraging insights from analytics and testing.
  • Own the media buying process, making data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation and channel mix.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on budget allocation and campaign strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media, with a focus on D2C marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with a deep understanding of ad targeting options and bidding strategies.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and MER.
