Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-performing static ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) that meet brand standards and appeal to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversions.
  • Work on product packaging design, ensuring it aligns with brand identity and visual storytelling principles.
  • Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, typography, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends in e-commerce and D2C sectors.
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel in all deliverables aligned with brand standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
