Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role that involves designing and developing creative content for social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, composition, and color theory. They should be able to deliver effective, creative, and innovative visual solutions within tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively as well as independently in a professional and creative team environment. They will be responsible for creating engaging visual designs, such as infographics and eye-catching graphics for social media posts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop creative content for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media campaigns.
  • Create engaging visual designs, such as infographics and eye-catching graphics for social media posts.
  • Work collaboratively as well as independently in a professional and creative team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
  • Design tools expertise: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective, creative, and innovative visual solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, with an ability to present and explain design concepts and ideas to non-designers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a professional and creative team environment.
  • A sense of design aesthetics including colors, shapes, balance, typography, etc.
