Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an offshore implementation team representative.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for triggering environment delivery emails, enabling customer access to portals and training apps, and coordinating with development and onsite teams to finalize delivery dates.

Additionally, you will send weekly status updates on deliverables, collect and compile information for third-party integrations during onboarding, propose and implement process improvements and automation ideas, and align with team goals and adhere to defined processes.

You will also utilize Deriviz for automated workflows, design and tailor forms and letters for customers, plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, create and maintain a production calendar, upload and manage fee schedules, review and update user lists for accuracy, revise and correct procedure codes to meet standards, develop and refine care notes and medical history templates with healthcare providers, and support setup and configuration of care panels, including data input.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, creative thinking, and self-motivation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Word and Excel.

• Ability to multitask across various projects.

• Understanding of the US healthcare industry is desirable.

• Empathetic with strong customer and team orientation.
