Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Identity and Security Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing offshore teams, with expertise in CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies.

The successful candidate will oversee the performance of offshore contractors, ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards. They will also facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between offshore contractors and onshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Oversee offshore contractors, ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between offshore contractors and onshore teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess the performance of offshore contractors, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure the offshore team is adequately staffed and resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and quality work meets our standards.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on the performance and progress of the offshore team to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all offshore operations comply with our policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, focusing on managing offshore teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
