Job Title

As an offshore implementation team representative, you will be responsible for coordinating with development and onsite teams to finalize delivery dates. You will also trigger environment delivery emails and enable customer access to portals and training apps.

You will collect and compile information for third-party integrations during onboarding, propose and implement process improvements and automation ideas, and align with team goals and adhere to defined processes. Propose changes as needed.

You will utilize Deriviz for automated workflows, design and tailor forms and letters for customers, plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, create and maintain a production calendar, upload and manage fee schedules, ensure accuracy and currency.

Additionally, you will review and update user lists for accuracy, revise and correct procedure codes to meet standards, develop and refine care notes and medical history templates with healthcare providers, support setup and configuration of care panels, including data input.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Creative and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationships

• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Word and Excel and ability to multitask across various projects

• Understanding of the US healthcare industry and empathetic with strong customer and team orientation
