Oracle PBCS Consultant Job Description

Overview

  • Utilize 10+ years of experience in implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS).
  • Implement 6+ successful end-to-end implementations in HP and E/PBCS.
  • Lead the solution build and guide the project team to ensure a high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise
    • Excellent technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.
    • Functional understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • Strong understanding of the integration capabilities of HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
  • Project Coordination
    • Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
    • Create project documents, such as test scripts, integration configuration documents, and manuals.
Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • B.Tech or MCA qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate business and technology concepts to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other presentation software.
  • Confident and assertive, with the ability to travel long/short-term based on project needs.
  • Prior onsite projects experience in the GCC region is an added advantage.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost Management, and Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be an added advantage.
