Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Operations Manager to join our team at Assurance Intl Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by overseeing the performance of our CRM system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of our CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with all departments.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance user adoption of our CRM platform.
  • Development and implementation of reports and analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Provide training and support to staff on IT and CRM systems, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 3-6 years working experience in CRM operations, with a strong understanding of sales force automation principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
