Digital Platform Manager

About the Role
Schbang is seeking an experienced Digital Platform Manager to lead the development and implementation of CRM platforms for new and existing clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, and Business Development, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Manage client relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Tech Expertise: Oversee the development, maintenance, and improvement of CRM systems, leveraging expertise in API integrations, middlewares, and Rest API development.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver custom development requirements, such as chatbots, middlewares, and API development.
- Client Strategy: Analyze BAU activities and insights to identify opportunities for improving client strategy.
- Metric-Driven Approach: Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in CRM Development Executive or similar roles.
- Skills: Strong understanding of CRM/CDP/MA platforms (like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, CleverTap etc.), excellent project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficiency in HTML/CSS/Javascript, SQL/MongoDB, Backend development using NodeJS or any programming language, Deluge scripting, and Rest API development.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
