We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Relationship Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, resolving any queries or complaints efficiently.\
  • Identify financial goals of customers and provide tailored financial planning assistance to meet their needs.\
  • Conduct thorough competition analysis to offer expert advice to customers and enhance their overall experience.\
  • Regularly review and update customer databases to ensure accurate information and optimal business outcomes.\
  • Schedule daily appointments with customers from allocated databases to achieve campaign objectives.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.\
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, sales growth, and overall business performance.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive business success.\\/ul\[

Key Qualifications:
