About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and socially-driven individual to join our team as a Volunteer Fundraiser. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in non-profit operations, develop leadership skills, and make a tangible impact on society.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about social change, possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, and be creative and proactive in developing and executing fundraising strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative fundraising plans (online/offline).
  • Engage with donors via various channels (social media, emails, community events).
  • Organize virtual/physical fundraising campaigns (crowdfunding, charity runs, etc.).
  • Collaborate with local businesses for corporate social responsibility partnerships.
  • Monitor and report fundraising progress to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Students or graduates with a passion for social change.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp).
  • No prior experience required—just a big heart and a willingness to learn.
