In this exciting opportunity, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on quality goals and objectives. Your expertise in automation testing will help identify and cover edge cases early in the lifecycle, streamlining our CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage.

You'll be responsible for proactively identifying quality risks, developing mitigation plans, and leading root cause analyses of production issues. Reporting key quality metrics to stakeholders and championing continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture will also be key aspects of your role.

Promoting a strong customer-first quality mindset across engineering and encouraging self-learning within the QA team will be essential in driving success. With a focus on collaboration and agile methodologies, you'll participate in sprint planning, release retrospectives, and other ceremonies that foster a culture of innovation and growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll require proficiency in automation (80-90% of day), solid experience with Selenium/Playwright, and proficiency in Python/Java. Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools and experience in API Automation are also highly desirable.
