Lead Cybersecurity Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead IT Security Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, cloud technologies, and hands-on experience with Zscaler products. As a Lead Zscaler Security Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of Zscaler solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Zscaler solutions
  • Collaborate with support teams to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of Zscaler products
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
  • Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference
  • Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Cybersecurity related experience
