Key Responsibilities

This role combines technical leadership with client-facing responsibilities and mentorship. The successful candidate will play a central part in our cybersecurity practice.

  • Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and deliver various offensive security engagements, including web, mobile, API, and network penetration tests.
  • Client Management & Scoping: Serve as the technical leader for client engagements, defining solutions to their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead the technical delivery of engagements by defining execution strategies and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the growth and evolution of our practice by executing internal strategic initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in offensive security.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6+ years in cybersecurity.
  • At least 3+ years specifically in penetration testing, application security, or red teaming.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver cybersecurity engagements.

Technical Expertise:

  • Expert knowledge of key offensive and defensive security domains.
  • High degree of adaptability, being tool- and industry-agnostic.
