Job Title: Cybersecurity Leader

 

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled cybersecurity leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and driving the implementation of best practices.

 

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective security strategies. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our overall information security program, ensuring that it aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive information security strategy
  • Lead the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Develop and implement incident response plans and processes
  • Provide regular security awareness training and education to employees
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, making recommendations for new tools and solutions as needed
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

 

Requirements:

Cybersecurity Expertise:

  • Familiarity with threat intelligence and vulnerability management
  • Experience with security frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Knowledge of cloud security architectures and risk management
  • Understanding of network protocols and encryption techniques

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and customer-focused approach
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

 

Qualifications:

Certifications:

  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity
