Key Leadership Position: Head of Cybersecurity

The organization seeks an accomplished leader to spearhead its cybersecurity initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, overseeing full profit and loss responsibility, and leveraging their expertise to deliver client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with global objectives, ensuring effective management of full P&L responsibility.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account development, and partnerships.
  • Build and lead high-performing sales and presales teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Establish strong relationships with CISOs and executives, engaging them in large pursuits and complex deals.
  • Oversee the entire presales process, including solutioning, proposal development, and client workshops.
  • Align sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strengthen client relationships to drive long-term business impact.
  • Collaborate with delivery leaders to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 20 years of experience in IT services or cybersecurity consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of growing a significant cybersecurity services business in India, with strong P&L ownership and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to represent the organization as a thought leader in industry forums, webinars, and conferences.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian cybersecurity market across various industries, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, and others.
  • Deep knowledge of key cybersecurity offerings such as MDR, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Offensive Security, VAPT, and SVS.
Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive growth and profitability. They should have a deep understanding of the Indian cybersecurity market, as well as expertise in key cybersecurity offerings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
