We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to drive high-impact campaigns and spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for data analysis, creative problem-solving, and collaboration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies across digital platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Leverage data insights to inform budget allocation and audience targeting decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands. You should have a strong track record of managing campaigns for international markets and proficiency in key tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution software.

About the Role:

  • You will take ownership of performance marketing – from strategy to execution – and drive marketing initiatives across international markets, with a focus on France.
  • This is a remote-first opportunity, so you must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • As part of our team, you will contribute to cross-border collaborations and impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Experience working with international markets and cross-cultural teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
