Job Title: Performance Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel performance marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
