Senior Director Role Summary

The Senior Director role is a key leadership position within our organization.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of analysts in supporting the RFP process, requiring a deep understanding of customer problems and RWD assets.
    • Provide guidance and oversight for consulting delivery work, including shaping how work is funneled to offshore teams and optimizing delivery processes.
    • Supervise offshore resources in building, expanding, and maintaining data lakes that are powered by unstructured notes.
    • Manage and lead a team, working closely with global leaders to ensure a healthy team environment.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience.
    • Post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development.
    • At least 7-10 years of experience in leading globally distributed teams delivering consulting work predominantly in Data Science and Data Engineering.
    • Total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more of the most recent experience being in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
