Strategic Data Architect Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled data architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale data architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust data architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines, including ETL processes and data warehousing.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data engineering roles, with a focus on P&C insurance domains.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of data architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of data modelling techniques and methodologies.
  • Hands-on expertise across various database and data transformation technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based data architectures and platforms.
  • Expertise in ensuring data security patterns and familiarity with authentication and authorization methods.
  • Knowledge of insurance policy operations and regulations specific to Consumer lines.
  • Understanding of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning concepts as they pertain to data architecture.
