The Business Partnership Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency across partner collaborations. This role is responsible for maintaining program structure, ensuring cross-team accountability, and driving execution across initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing program trackers, calendars, milestones, and goal updates; establishing and maintaining operating rhythms; collaborating with stakeholders and functional owners; and driving cross-team accountability for deliverables and deadlines.

The role also involves interfacing directly with partner platforms; managing recurring and event-driven administrative tasks; compiling monthly reports and performance scorecards; and proposing enhancements to tracking, reporting, and operational workflows.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of business partnership, operations, or channel experience, strong familiarity with business ecosystems, excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools.
