ERP Performance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ERP Performance Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Mandatory Oracle ERP GL Module with Loadrunner experience, test planning, test strategy, and reporting.

The successful candidate will create performance test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test execution, results analysis, and provide insight into potential performance issues and deliverables related to performance testing activities.

Key responsibilities include providing updates on testing progress, leading a team of Performance Engineers to clearly define test plans, tasks, schedule, and execution of performance testing activities, identifying performance issues prior to reaching production, partnering with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns and issues when creating test scenarios, communicating and helping remediate performance issues observed during testing, working with other members in the IT organization to understand and achieve objectives, integrating performance tests in CI/CD pipeline, establishing a continuous build and test cycle, developing high-quality performance test engineering principles, test strategies, and best practices, providing input and direction on continuous process and procedure improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes and standards, and leading, mentoring, and coaching QA staff on testing best practices and efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Oracle ERP GL Module with Loadrunner experience
