Job Opportunity: Performance Tester

We are currently seeking a skilled Performance Tester who will be responsible for designing developing and executing performance test scripts using JMeter. This role requires strong analytical skills troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks scalability issues and performance gaps working closely with development QA and business teams.
  • Document test scenarios test data and results for review and knowledge sharing ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Provide recommendations to improve system stability scalability and performance participating in Agile ceremonies sprint planning and project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JMeter demonstrating expertise in performance testing methodologies load testing stress testing and endurance testing.
  • Strong understanding of analyzing performance test results identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT).
  • Must have passed or be willing to clear ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent) within 3 months of joining.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have (Optional Skills):

  • Experience in Core Java for scripting and custom test development.
  • Knowledge of application monitoring tools e.g., Dynatrace AppDynamics Grafana.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance testing integration.

Benefits:

  • Shift applicable but women candidates would work in general shift (8 AM – 5 PM /10 AM – 7 PM).
