Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to work with a leading financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze loan and retail banking data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Develop and maintain reports & dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Apply data warehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
  • Presentation of insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
  • Strong Loans/Retail Banking domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging).
  • Solid understanding of reporting concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience working directly with BFSI clients.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, visualization, or automation tools.
