Architect of Technological Universe

You will be responsible for shaping the technological journey of a seed-stage startup from inception. This is a pioneering role where you will translate vision into architecture, designing, building, and scaling a secure, high-performance platform using Python/Go, React, AWS/GCP, and Kubernetes.

This requires expertise in creating scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure that embed SEBI and RBI regulations into its DNA. You will own key decisions on our stack, ensuring speed, security, and scalability.

As a leader and mentor, you will derive joy from elevating those around you and are committed to building a team that is both talented and passionate. You will champion innovation, spearheading deep tech initiatives such as AI-powered personalization and blockchain-based audit trails.

Ultimately, you will be our technology ambassador, interfacing with regulators, partners, and investors to translate our technical vision into a compelling story of credibility and innovation.

  • 5-7+ years of experience in FinTech, WealthTech, or highly regulated BFSI environment
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on technical skills in modern languages and technologies
  • Deep expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Founder's mindset with proactive problem-solving and ownership
  • Language of compliance (SEBI, RBI) understood as a design constraint inspiring elegant solutions
