Marketing Visionary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Visionary to provide our team with strategic guidance and innovative ideas to launch successful projects.

The goal is to achieve exceptional results in both visual and essential aspects of our projects, meeting customer expectations and driving sustainable growth.

A good understanding of luxury brands is a must due to Strobe Works' specialization in the luxury hospitality domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing communication strategies for account portfolios
  • Crafting quarterly strategy decks to be presented to clients
  • Creating customized marketing plans based on individual client requirements
  • Designing Thought Starter decks for new account onboarding
  • Leveraging key campaigns for account portfolios
  • Leading brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
  • Establishing brand standards and developing procedures to ensure aligned communications
  • Hosting brand immersion exercises for account portfolios
  • Aligning the creative team with communication strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital, particularly with web, social, and emerging technologies
  • In-depth understanding of design, copy, and web practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
  • Able to think creatively and strategically
