Product Visionary

We are seeking a Product Visionary to define and drive our product strategy, aligning with company goals and market trends in alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and own the end-to-end product vision, conducting deep market and customer research to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities.
  2. Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans, prioritizing and managing a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation.
  3. Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  4. Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate.
  5. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, collaborating cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments (e.g., HF, real estate, private credit, etc.).
    • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
    • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
    • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials a plus.
