Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage the effectiveness of workflows operations teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cross-functional collaboration, Agile software development, and product lifecycle management.

  • Oversee and manage the effectiveness of workflows operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor performance data from operations teams to evaluate the effectiveness of individual influencers and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide technical guidance and support to teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Document process improvements and submit recommendations to quality management.
  • Serve as incident coordinator, confirming reporting incidents' validity, category, and priority level, and assign incidents to the correct group or resource for close out.
  • Assess proposed problem resolutions, including resource availability and potential schedules, and review and approve workarounds and resolutions.
  • Determine, create, and implement internal process improvements, such as redesigning infrastructure for increased scalability, improving data delivery, and automating manual procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in people management with expertise in cross-functional collaboration, Agile software development, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio), and experience leading, mentoring, and coaching technical teams.
  • Expert-level proficiency in writing complex SQL queries across various databases to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data warehousing concepts and excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
