About our Team:

Sages Global Production Technology Development team works with multiple internal departments and third parties in the expert support of our digital content, workflows and platforms enabling the timely availability and discoverability of Sages products globally. Based in the Uk and India, this versatile team seeks to constantly build knowledge, solve problems, and embrace change

Could you be our new Systems & Workflow Analyst Are you

- Excited by technology and automation.
- Interested in challenging existing ways of working.
- Able to problem-solve complex queries related to publishing content and metadata.
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Experienced in collaborative working across departments and locales.
- Experienced in working with XML, databases, XQuery, XSLT and XHTML.
- Familiar with development in an Agile framework.

Your new role:

- Conduct workflow and system analysis to identify pain-points and propose effective solutions.
- Provide detailed content reporting and analysis.
- Work with key business partners, analysts, and developers to produce new workflow requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams on new product workflow deployment to ensure on-time publication.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and content requests.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

- Ability to analyse systems and workflows to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work multi-functionally with other groups and 3rd party vendors.
- Ability to work effectively within deadlines.
- Ability to organise and direct projects within an Agile framework.
- Understanding of Lean Continuous Improvement methodology.
- Good working knowledge of XML, databases, XQuery, XSLT and XHTML required.
- Good knowledge of XML editing software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
