Support Analysts role will be responsible to provide IT support for NA Real Estate teams for the deployment for Aons Real Estate Platform built by IT This role will be working very closely with business and IT Teams to configure and onboard various large clients of Aon on to the Real Estate Platform built on SharePoint PowerPlatform and Workflow based technologies The Analysts will be responsible to document and execute the operating process created by Support Lead and IT Development Team to create new sites based on predefined template build customizations replicating workflows implementing new functionality and provide ticket resolution support in a fast-paced environment Key Job Duties SharePoint Site Configuration and Support creating sites lists libraries custom views workflows pages etc Integrating SharePoint out of box sites and data with other IT systems using Power Platform and other workflow solutions Troubleshooting data issues and debugging workflows in a time sensitive manner Business Partnership and Stakeholder Reporting -
