About the Role:

The Agile Transformation Consultant will drive scaled agile transformation across R&D functions by coaching teams, facilitating Lean-Agile practices, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires strong organizational skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to work in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Lean-Agile strategies to improve team performance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Lean principles and tailor methods to departmental needs.
  • Coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Triads, and leadership on SAFe implementation and maturity.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, including Kaizen events and waste elimination using Lean tools.
  • Support Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, retrospectives, and syncs to ensure SAFe alignment.
  • Develop and maintain Agile metrics dashboards and knowledge repositories using project management tools.
  • Conduct workshops and promote a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous learning.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in Agile Framework implementation and Lean process deployment.
  • Practical application of Lean principles, Agile frameworks, and change management.
  • SAFe / Agile certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in tools: project management software, collaboration platforms, MS Office.
