Job Title: Agile Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to facilitate Agile transformation initiatives and support delivery teams in adopting Lean and Agile principles.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with expertise in Agile methodologies to drive business outcomes and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship and Coaching:
    • Serve as a mentor and coach to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership, providing guidance on Agile practices and methodologies.
  • Facilitation and Training:
    • Facilitate Agile training workshops, bootcamps, and knowledge sessions to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to adopt Agile frameworks.
  • Transformation Leadership:
    • Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives at the team and organizational levels, assessing team maturity and providing actionable recommendations to improve Agile practices.
  • Collaboration and Embedding:
    • Work closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles in daily work, ensuring seamless integration of Agile methodologies into the organization's culture.
  • Scaling Agile Frameworks:
    • Support the scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model, as applicable, to accommodate the organization's growing needs and complexity.
