Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to work with teams and leadership across the enterprise. This role focuses on fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and enabling business agility.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping teams find their rhythm and unlock human potential through mindset shifts. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding Agile adoption and leading transformation efforts across teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams to be self-organizing, cross-functional, and outcome-driven
  • Mentor leaders to embody Agile principles and build high-trust environments
  • Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and training on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
  • Identify organizational blockers and help teams navigate change and complexity
  • Create a culture of psychological safety, feedback, and shared purpose

Requirements:

  • Open mindset and curious to learn new things every day
  • Accept status quo of organizations as their reality and have a hands-on mentality to develop them further in small steps every day without being dogmatic
  • Courageous to challenge status quo and bring in new perspectives based on experience
  • 10+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.)
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, people management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
  • Certifications like ICP-ACC, CSM/PSM, SAFe SPC (preferred)
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a system-thinking mindset
