Engineering Leadership Opportunity

A high-performing technical leader is required to spearhead the engineering function, driving technical excellence and product scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire tech function, encompassing strategy, execution, and delivery.
  • Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, databases).
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Ability to establish and enforce development best practices.
  • A builder's mindset, comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
  • Great communicator and mentor who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
