Job Description

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing the company's profitability by providing thorough and competitive cost/pricing analysis during the bid and proposal process. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the overall cost/pricing process while ensuring effective analysis of customer requirements, development of competitive bid pricing, and contribution to winning proposals.

  • Develop strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects.
  • Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, client-level P&L, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments within the organization.
  • Work with sales and delivery teams to define pricing structures for company services offered.
  • Analyze technical/requirement documents and legal documents such as customer contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 5-8 years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise.
  • Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Prior experience developing clear and accurate deliverables from SME and technical source materials.
  • Experience building pricing models.
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop well-reasoned analysis, identify relevance and importance of information, understand logical connections between ideas, and solve problems systematically and creatively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to build consensus and partnership.
