This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual to contribute to the company's profitability by providing thorough and competitive cost/pricing analysis in the bid and proposal process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall cost/pricing process, ensuring the effective analysis of customer requirements, development of competitive bid pricing, and contribution to winning proposals. Additionally, the role will involve providing financial reporting support to stakeholders as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects
- Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, client level P&L, objectives, and KPIs
- Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments of the company
- Work with the sales and delivery teams to define pricing structure for company services offered
- Able to effectively read and understand technical/requirement documents as well as legal documents such as customer contracts
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Proven experience developing clear and accurate deliverables from SME and technical source materials
- Prior experience building pricing models
- Experience contributing to RFP responses
- Experience working and delivering to the SDLC process
- Experience with data analytics
