Job Overview

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business Operations Manager to join our organization. This role will be responsible for designing and managing KPIs for PAN India, driving strategy to increase premium, market share, and productivity via channel managers and business teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can timely track sales performance through various organizational metrics and MIS to ensure business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance. Additionally, the successful candidate will handle escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers and ensuring a prompt response.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Operations Manager will assist and train business teams for new and existing products or processes through periodical training interventions. They will engage and coordinate with various cross-functional teams for seamless service deliveries to meet business requirements. The role also involves launching monthly channel goalsheets and preparing presentations for performance updates on a regular basis. Furthermore, the candidate will track channel deliverables and provide key inputs based on analysis to improve channel performance and achieve channel objectives. Timely delivery of ad-hoc channel-related data requirements and analysis is also an essential part of this role.
