This role is responsible for overseeing program scope, timelines, and risk mitigation, ensuring the successful execution of commercialization programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program budgets, providing monthly and quarterly budget reports for tracking and analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, ensuring key deliverables are captured and follow-up actions communicated.
  • Capture meeting minutes, disseminate information, and track completion of action items.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership and internal teams to surface key information and resolve issues.
  • Support contracting requirements and ensure timely execution of all necessary agreements.
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance
  • Identify and share best practices with the Project Management Office (PMO) to promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure efficient and effective execution of projects to meet both client and internal objectives.
Ad Hoc Support and Expertise
  • Support various ad hoc requests and initiatives critical to the success of commercialization programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
  • Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
Experience and Background
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consulting industries.
  • Proven project management experience, particularly in launch management, marketing, branding, or program management.
  • Strong background in budget management, financial reporting, and resource coordination.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Ability to assess client needs and deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution.
  • Post-graduate degree or certification preferred.
