Training Programs Coordinator

The Training Programs Coordinator will play a key role in the development and delivery of training initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for learning.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Learning and Development Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Education or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in training coordination or a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain training schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training coordination or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
